The State Vs Sovereign Curtis is over. Curtis has decided to take a plea deal in his case, and explains below his painful decision. I put the facetious newspaper article in this post with Curtis’s permission.

On behalf of the Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund, I’d like to thank Curtis for bringing his case this far. I know some people will be disappointed that he did not take this all the way to a jury trial, but I think that he raised a great deal of awareness of the topic of unjust laws and jury nullification.
