About Us

The Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund works to restore freedom and support liberty by acting as a bridge between liberty activists and supporters.
The fund works primarily in an administrative support function with volunteers to communicate directly with activists to ensure that they are supported and the event is a success.

The Executive Director and Board of Directors decide which activists are eligible to receive our support, and then work with those activists to get them whatever they need: signs, a camera crew, legal representation, notary services, court reporter, living assistance, or money for basic needs.

The fund is currently operated 100% by volunteers who have donated their time and money to make this happen.  Donations can be sent via Paypal, in person or by courier service. Federal Reserve Notes and precious metals are accepted as donations, and distributions will be announced to the public.

The Fund is designed to support people who want to engage in civil disobedience, in whatever manner they think best. The fund serves as an educational tool, an activist support network, and a support fund to help with expenses incurred while doing civil disobedience.

On the education side, the fund supports purchases of materials such as Marc Steven’s books and scripts, courses from jurisdictionary.com, and other related materials. The fund serves as a very strong administrative function for activists.

Whatever needs may arise to accomplish a peaceful act of civil disobedience, the activists support network of volunteers will work behind the scenes with the CD Evolution fund to ensure the event is successful. On the support side, the fund will help pay for court costs, filing fees, and even money for basic needs. The fund can support activists and their families with basic needs while they are in jail.

What we are not

We are classified as a private educational charity. We are not a non-profit in accordance with U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)3. Any donations you make to the Fund are not tax deductible. This really wasn't a hard decision. Petitioning the government for exemption under their rules seems contradictory to the goals of the Fund.

So please feel free to donate to the fund because it is a good idea, not because you'll get a tax break.

The Fund will never advocate breaking local, state, or federal laws in any way. It will only provide educational materials and support activists that need assistance.

The Fund will never support violence or fraud in any way. Any activist that prefers to act in a violent manner will be banned by the fund and probably ostracized by participants in the peaceful New Hampshire liberty movement.

The Executive Director and Board of Directors will not, in the name of the Fund, suggest any civil disobedience that breaks the law or violates regulations at any level of government. This is not because we necessarily support their laws; we just recognize that the enforcers of these laws and regulations could claim that we were complicit in these crimes and put the fund at risk. Therefore, we refuse to advocate breaking any laws.

So if you are an activist, don't come to us and ask, "If I do this or that, will the fund support me?" You can ask for educational materials or money for signs or handouts, but only if you plan to use those materials for peaceful, lawful reasons.

But if you find yourself in jail because of an act of peaceful civil disobedience in New Hampshire, there's a chance that we would be able to help you with representation, fees, and expenses.
